If you would like to apply, you must fill out an application and turn it into our leasing office. Then, we will place you on a waiting list and do a background check once you come up on the list. If you pass, we will proceed to do the income and landlord verifications, etc. to get you approved to move-in.

The Michaels Organization also offers residents the unique opportunity to apply for college scholarships offered through The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation. The nonprofit Educational Foundation has helped thousands of Michaels residents of all ages achieve their dreams of higher education. All Michaels’ residents are eligible to apply and may reapply each year of their undergraduate education.
